Springhill Suites Jax Beach is a beautiful property with gorgeous ocean views. Our crew was brought in for the final 8 weeks of this project to push it over the finish line. Our goal was to complete the punch list and complete specialty tasks for certain certifications before opening. Items we were responsible for:
Doors - Interior/Exterior, Installing, adjusting, and repairing
Trim/Finish Carpentry - Installing/Reinstalling in Rooms/Lobby/Hallways
Division 10 - Installing/Readjusting and completing all ADA accessories to pass inspection
Flooring - Installing/Repairing
Fencing and Gates
